Smart Picks Teriyaki Chicken Dippers 100
Whole Grain Pita Bread Halves 50
Yogurt 1 ½ Quarts
Chopped Romaine Lettuce 25 oz.
Low Sodium Ketchup 1 Pint
Garlic Powder 2 Tablespoons

KETCHUP YOGURT SAUCE
Makes approximately 64 1 oz. servings
Yogurt 1 ½ Quarts
Low Sodium Ketchup 1 Pint
Garlic Powder 2 Tablespoons

Method

  1. Heat the Teriyaki Chicken Dippers
    1. Conventional Oven (frozen product): Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat for 14-16 minutes.
    2. Convection Oven (frozen product): Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Make the Ketchup Yogurt Sauce
    1. Combine all ingredients. Whisk to combine well.
  3. Place ½ oz chopped lettuce and 2 heated Teriyaki Chicken Dippers in a pita bread half. Serve with 1 oz ketchup yogurt sauce.
