Microwave: Place frozen steaks in single layer on microwave safe plateand cover with a paper towel. For 1 serving: heat on high for 2 minutes or until heated through. For each additional serving, add 1 minute to heating time. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
Stovetop: Season thawed product with salt and pepper or your favoritespice mix. Coat both sides of the product with seasoned flour (optional). In a saute pan, heat a 50/50 mix of oil and butter over medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes until hot. Saute product for approximately 3 - 4 minutes per side.
